Too often
our human life
exhibits
brokenness
and leads us
to despair.
And yet -
the earth
is full
of God’s
unfailing love.
Lord God,
love
is your nature
and your gift -
true love
comes
from you.
Forgive me,
make me new,
enable me
to see
and to give
unfailing love.
