Background: Behind the Holyland Hotel is a model of Jerusalem at the time of the Second Temple. It is accurately built to a scale of 1 in 50. Whenever archaeolgical discoveries reveal errors, the model is amended accordingly. Nearby was a display of contemporary Jerusalem buildings (a scale of 1 in 25) on loan from "Park Mini Israel" currently in the making in Latrun.
